ABOUT THE ROLE

Global Talent is looking for a Technical Program Manager to act as the operational backbone of the Product, Research, and Engineering (PRE) function.

This role sits at the intersection of product definition and engineering execution, ensuring that every initiative is clearly scoped, properly structured, and delivered on time without surprises.

You will work closely with engineering and product leadership to translate requirements into actionable plans, manage timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams, and proactively resolve blockers before they impact delivery.

This is a non-client-facing role focused on internal execution excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PRD Validation & Technical Scoping

- Review and validate PRDs to ensure completeness, clarity, and well-defined success criteria

- Identify gaps in scope, integrations, edge cases, and acceptance criteria before development begins

- Break down requirements into structured tasks with clear ownership, timelines, and dependencies

- Maintain strict scope control across all projects

Timeline Management & Sprint Execution

- Own engineering timelines across all active workstreams

- Lead sprint planning and standups, ensuring clear agendas and actionable outcomes

- Monitor sprint health and proactively flag risks with proposed solutions

- Enforce accurate time estimation and capacity planning

Dependency Management & Unblocking

- Track and manage technical dependencies (APIs, integrations, access, infrastructure)
