About the role:

Tempo’s Atlassian Marketplace business is part of the foundation of our company. It is trusted by tens of thousands of teams and generates significant, durable revenue at scale.

We are seeking a VP of Product to own and scale this business. This is a scale, optimization, and strategic control role.

You will be responsible for driving the next phase of growth for our Marketplace portfolio by:

- Expanding customers from single-product usage to multi-module adoption

- Deepening our position as the system of record for execution data inside Jira

- Navigating Atlassian’s evolving platform strategy while maintaining Tempo’s relevance and differentiation

- Acting as the bridge between execution (TEA) and intelligence (Loop)

- Potentially building new marketplace apps to fill gaps

This role owns a $200M+ ARR growth opportunity, not through new products alone, but through maximizing the value of what we already have
