Senior Analyst, Business Consultant - Care Management - Hybrid

Position Summary Supports the development and implementation of clinical documentation and system updates that align to new contract award/update requirements with attention to resolving common challenges or pain points for the assigned market. Collaborates with clinical subject matter experts and leadership to analyze Medicaid contracts and proposals for new business, rebids, expansions and ad hoc updates and integrating those requirements into business initiatives through implementation projects. Works closely with cross-functional business units to gain an in-depth understanding of the strategy, care management/utilization management processes, services, roadmap, and the context in which the business operates to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Required Qualifications · Coordinates and analyzes end-to-end contractual requirements to identify and address operational and technological risks. · Supports multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation, managing project scope, adjusting schedules, determining daily priorities, and ensuring the efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones. · Identifies improvement opportunities by conducting complex and informative business and systems process analyses. · Focuses on quality improvement and data management by ensuring data is reliable and valid and developing process improvements that leverage actionable insight from key data. · Collaborates with internal stakeholders across different departments, such as operations, finance, marketi...
