Position Summary The Client Performance Management Analyst supports the financial and operational management of pricing and Discount Guarantees by performing detailed reconciliations, validating data accuracy, and preparing reporting that reflects customer financial outcomes. The Analyst contributes to audit readiness by maintaining clear and accurate documentation and assisting in the resolution of data discrepancies. The role collaborates closely with Finance, Underwriting, Account Management, and operational partners to uphold the integrity of Discount Guarantee processes, tools, and customer deliverables. Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to the following: Perform annual reconciliations of customer Discount Guarantees and address related inquiries to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare quarterly customer claims and performance reports with high attention to detail and data accuracy. Assist in responding to auditor requests by analyzing discrepancies, preparing clear documentation, and helping resolve issues promptly. Support the use and maintenance of reconciliation models, MAC analysis tools, and data‑warehouse sources to ensure consistent and reliable outputs. Provide analytical and data support for maintaining and improving departmental tools, reporting processes, and related documentation.
