Job Description Summary The Project Manager will lead customer project management processes, and report to the North America Projects & Services Leader, of the GE Vernova Power Conversion Energy Storage business. The Project Manager will lead customer project management processes, and report to the North America Projects & Services Leader, of the GE Vernova Power Conversion Energy Storage business. Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage solar power, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and datacenter projects commonly ranging in value from $10 million to $300 million US. Drive customer satisfaction trough effective communication, contract compliance, and meeting expectations with respect to safety, quality and delivery. Manage the execution of customer contracts from contract finalization through contract close out including reporting, receivables, change order and claim negotiation, and issue resolution. Meet GE business expectations by managing safety, quality, short cycle schedule, cost, margin, cash flow, and risks. Communicate project goals, deliverables, strategies, risks, and opportunities as required internally within GE. Collaborate with internal GE functions and business entities to manage product deliveries and commissioning activities. Protect GE’s reputation and technology in the market place. Promote a working environment that encourages employee involvement to achieve excellence in all project management metrics. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) Minimum 10 years of project management or customer management experience (GE experience preferred) Fluent in the English language; oral and written, technical and commercial Proven track record of leading multi-cultural teams Strong interpersonal and influence skills Position is based in Pittsburgh, PA, or Houston, TX, or Atlanta, GA , and up to 25% travel is required (other US locations will be considered).
