THE ROLE

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of our mobile and web applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to validate features, identify issues, and help deliver smooth, high-performing user experiences.

This is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured testing, clear documentation, and collaborating across teams to continuously improve product quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform smoke testing and regression testing to validate new releases and feature updates.

- Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.

- Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and accurately.

- Support bug triage processes by collaborating with developers and product teams.

- Use test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray to manage and track test cases.
