ROLE OVERVIEW
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, scheduling demos, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. This role requires a proactive and goal-oriented professional who can execute outbound sales strategies, build strong relationships, and collaborate closely with the sales team to drive conversions and support revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Outbound Sales & Demo Scheduling
- Initiate cold outreach via phone calls and emails to generate interest in the company’s offerings
- Qualify leads and schedule demos with prospects, ensuring alignment with the sales team’s strategy
- Manage and track all sales activity in CRM, ensuring consistent follow-ups and no missed opportunities
Lead Generation & Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and build targeted lists based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer persona
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn, industry databases, and company websites to identify high-value prospects
- Continuously nurture the pipeline, following up with prospects and moving them through the sales process
