We’re in a 0→1 phase across multiple products, with a strong focus on AI-driven workflows and automation to transform how work gets done.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a high-impact product area end-to-end. This is a builder role—ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and is excited to shape products from the ground up.

You will define strategy, prioritize across competing inputs, and partner closely with Engineering and Design in a triad model to ship meaningful outcomes. You’ll also work cross-functionally with Operations and senior leadership to ensure alignment and execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

PRODUCT OWNERSHIP & STRATEGY

- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area

- Establish clear success metrics and track performance over time

- Make high-quality prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholders

DISCOVERY & PROBLEM SOLVING

- Synthesize insights from internal teams, law firms, and end users (claimants)

- Identify high-impact problems and validate opportunities

- Frame hypotheses, define KPIs, and run experiments to de-risk ideas

EXECUTION & DELIVERY

- Partner with Engineering and Design to scope, build, and ship products quickly

- Write clear product requirements (PRDs) and iterate based on feedback

- Balance speed and quality in a fast-moving environment

AI & PROTOTYPING

- Leverage AI tools to accelerate your workflow and improve product experiences

- Rapidly prototype solutions to test ideas before full investment
