ROLE OVERVIEW
The Outbound Sales Operations Specialist will build, manage, and optimize outbound sales channels and the overall sales tech stack to support pipeline growth and team performance. This role requires strong experience in B2B sales operations, reporting, and analytics, with a focus on improving efficiency across outreach channels and enabling the sales team with the right tools and processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
OUTBOUND SALES CHANNELS & TECH STACK MANAGEMENT
- Build and optimize outbound sales channels, including email, phone outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Implement and maintain a streamlined sales tech stack to support both sales and marketing teams.
- Research and manage platforms and data enrichment tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead data.
SALES PROCESS OPTIMIZATION & EXECUTION
- Set up and refine sales processes to ensure alignment and efficiency across all outbound channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and execution using existing tools and systems.
REPORTING & ANALYTICS
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
