Position Summary This role is an individual contributor people‑leader equivalent responsible for technical delivery, solution design, and execution oversight without direct people management. What you will do: Partners closely with product, architecture, QA, security, and operations teams to ensure high‑quality, scalable, and compliant application delivery. Work with fast paced delivery teams to execute on timelines. Work closely with leader to communicate progress and challenges Drive modernization initiatives and roll up your sleeves in design and code reviews Required Qualifications 5+ years of application development experience in enterprise environments including: Lead end to end complex technical deliveries Act as primary technical liaison across Product, Analytics, QA and DevOps Own risk identification, mitigation, and escalation Partner with Enterprise/Platform Architecture to align solutions to standards Lead design reviews and ensure adherence to coding, security, and integration standards Drive modernization initiatives (framework upgrades, cloud migration, refactoring) Hands‑on expertise in modern application development (Java/Spring, APIs, Angular) Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technical deliveries Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, security, and production support Experience handling projects in Agile environment Ensure SDLC, security scans, audit, and regulatory requirements are met Support/track roadmap execution and dependency management Ability to bridge the gap between technical & non-techni...
