The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization. This position involves a combination of financial analysis, reconciliation, and collaboration with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping Accurately record financial transactions, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Account Reconciliation Conduct regular reconciliation of financial accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. Financial Reporting Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to support decision-making processes. Financial Analysis Conduct thorough financial analysis, interpret data trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Vendor and Client Interaction Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters Documentation and Compliance Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all investment lending activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any issues. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar financial role. Fast learner and quick to adapt to different systems/software and procedures Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data management Knowledgeable in Excel/Google Sheets (knows how to use combination formulas and understands how the formula works) Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational time and management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our finance team.
