ROLE OVERVIEW
The E-commerce Manager will lead day-to-day online retail operations, including website management, merchandising, optimization, and overall digital customer experience. This is a hands-on role requiring strong expertise in Shopify, UX/UI optimization, and the ability to manage remote teams while driving performance and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
E-commerce Operations & Website Management
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including site maintenance, product launches, and promotional campaigns
- Oversee product catalog management, content updates, and overall site functionality
Website Merchandising & Optimization
- Develop and execute website merchandising strategies to maximize conversion rates and revenue
- Leverage tools such as Fast Simon, Bloomreach, or Searchspring for search optimization, personalization, and merchandising automation
UX/UI & Conversion Rate Optimization
- Optimize user experience (UX) and interface design (UI) through A/B testing, customer research, and data analysis
- Use tools like Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity to analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor site performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics
- Implement data-driven improvements to enhance user experience and drive revenue growth
