What is the job?

Own paid social performance at a company transforming access to healthcare.

As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll lead strategy, execution and optimisation of paid social acquisition across Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms in a highly regulated UK environment. You’ll navigate complex MHRA and platform policies to reach and convert the right audiences, combining deep platform expertise, analytical rigour and creative problem-solving.

This is not a standard paid media role. This is a high-impact role for someone motivated by ownership, challenging constraints and meaningful work.

What will you be doing?

- You will lead paid social acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms in the UK and international markets. Including building and optimising campaign frameworks, account structure, testing, and performance strategy. It’s necessary to ensure compliance with MHRA and platform health policies, including managing escalations, whilst partnering with creative teams to deliver high-performing, compliant assets.

- You will own our advanced paid social setups, including tracking, conversion events, audience segmentation and attribution in a GDPR-compliant environment. This includes managing large paid media budgets, driving ROI, optimising performance using data analytics, and structured testing.

- You will utilise GA4, server-side tracking and attribution modelling within health data constraints.

- You will analyse campaign and funnel performance to generate commercially meaningful insights within regulated reporting constraints, translating these into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders and hypothesis-led testing.
