WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in scaling companies and building engineering and product teams.

You are highly motivated, productive, and data-driven, thriving in fast-paced environments where multiple high-priority roles need to be filled quickly. While your core focus is technical hiring, you bring versatility and adaptability to take on non-technical roles as business needs evolve.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience for a SaaS based business

- 2+ years specializing in technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, Product Managers)

- Flexibility to recruit across non-technical functions (e.g., operations, sales, leadership)

- You are comfortable using AI tools as part of your regular workflow. You can name the tools you rely on, describe real use cases, and show genuine enthusiasm for what they make possible.

- Data-driven mindset, using metrics and insights to refine recruitment strategies

- Highly motivated and able to handle multiple high-priority searches in fast-moving environments

- Strong partnerships with Engineering, Product, and Technical Leadership

- Dedication to diversity, inclusion, and delivering a seamless candidate experience
