ABOUT THE ROLE:

Hims & Hers is seeking a VP, International Controller to lead and scale our global accounting operations as we expand internationally. This role will own the end-to-end international accounting function, including close, reporting, statutory compliance, and internal controls, and will partner cross-functionally to support global growth.

YOU WILL:

- Lead all aspects of international accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple foreign entities and jurisdictions, adhering to strict close schedule

- Ensure compliance closed financial results with US GAAP, local statutory requirements, and international regulatory frameworks

- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, account reconciliations, and variance analyses for international entities

- Build and maintain strong internal controls (SOX) and ensure audit/ SOX readiness across international operations
