The Principal ISTS and Lead Director Product Development Experience is a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping and driving the product strategy for CVS Health's internal developer experience platform and tooling ecosystem within the Infrastructure, Security and Technology Solutions (ISTS) organization. This role serves as the primary product owner for the Internal Developer Portal (ISTS Console) and the CVS Application Platform (CAP) and collaborates closely with product owners across the DevEx and broader ISTS teams on the full range of developer-facing capabilities. This individual operates at the same organizational level as the Director of Product, Developer Experience. The two roles are complementary: this individual brings deep product domain expertise and strategic IC contribution, while the Director leads the team and coordinates delivery across the DevEx portfolio.
