Job Title: BI Analyst Job Location: Fully Remote Onsite/Hybrid: Remote Key Skills: Power BI Data Visualization & Reporting SQL & Microsoft Data Products Data Analysis & Transformation Business Intelligence Development Data Governance & Quality Stakeholder Communication Predictive Analytics & Forecasting Manufacturing Data Analysis Cross-functional Collaboration Required Skills: Strong experience in designing and developing reports using Power BI Expertise in extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple sources Proficiency with Microsoft data tools such as SQL, Fabric, Synapse Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Experience in data governance, data quality, and compliance standards Hands-on experience supporting business decision-making through analytics Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills: Experience working with data warehouses Exposure to manufacturing industry data Experience with predictive analytics and forecasting models Strong analytical and quantitative background Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field OR 5+ years of experience in BI/Analytics Proven experience working as a BI Analyst or BI Developer Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Microsoft data ecosystem Job Description: Position Summary: Join our innovative team as a BI Analyst, playing a pivotal role in shaping the data narrative of a dynamic manufacturing organization. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining impactful Power BI reports, ensuring accessibility and delivering actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
