We’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer who wants more than just closing tickets — someone who wants to own systems, understand the business, and grow into a Tech Lead. At SATURDAYS, tech is directly tied to operations — from POS, inventory, warehouse, to customer platforms. Your work will immediately impact real stores, real customers, and real revenue. 💡 What You’ll Do Build and improve full-stack applications (frontend + backend) Work on real business-critical systems (POS, inventory, internal tools) Design APIs and integrate across multiple systems Collaborate closely with Product, Ops, and QA Debug and solve real production issues (not just dev environment) Contribute ideas — not just execute tasks 🧰 Tech Stack Backend: Node.js, Java / Kotlin (big plus if you have this) Frontend: React.js Database: PostgreSQL, MariaDB Others: REST API, Docker ✅ What We’re Looking For ~4+ years experience in software development Strong in Node.js + React.js Understand how systems work end-to-end (not just your part) Comfortable working independently without being micromanaged Able to think critically and challenge ideas when needed Willing to take ownership and responsibility ⭐ Big Plus If You Have Experience with: Retail systems POS or Warehouse Management Systems ERP (especially ERPNext) Familiar with TypeScript Experience writing unit tests / end-to-end tests Exposure to AI tools to improve productivity 🚀 Growth Opportunity This role is designed for engineers who want to step up.
