Role Overview As a Mid-Level AI Engineer at CoPilot Innovations, you’ll collaborate with a talented team to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your skills to real-world problems, experiment with the latest AI techniques, and contribute to products that transform how businesses operate. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation, a hunger to learn, and the creativity to explore new AI possibilities. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with engineers and product teams to design and implement AI models and algorithms. Build, test, and optimize AI-driven solutions for automation, analytics, and business process improvement. Research and stay current on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices. Work with large datasets to train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models. Assist in deploying AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency. Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team. Requirements Experience: 2–3 years in AI, machine learning, or a related field OR a strong academic background with notable AI/ML projects. Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical concepts. Proficiency in Python (or similar programming languages). Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn (preferred). Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and curiosity for new challenges. Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving technologies. Genuine passion for AI and its transformative potential for businesses. Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required) Experience with Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
