ABOUT THE ROLE
Stacks is hiring an Interim Recruiter to support a key period of growth over the next 3β6 months, with a primary focus on hiring across our Go-To-Market teams.
This is a hands-on delivery role for an experienced recruiter who can quickly build pipelines, run efficient hiring processes, and close strong talent across commercial functions.
Youβll focus on hiring high-quality candidates across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation, partnering closely with hiring managers to keep momentum high and processes moving.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, thrives on delivery, and takes pride in making hires happen.
π§± WHAT YOU'LL DO
FULL-CYCLE RECRUITMENT DELIVERY
β’ Own end-to-end hiring across GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation
β’ Manage multiple live vacancies simultaneously with pace and quality
β’ Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, outreach, referrals, and networks
β’ Screen, assess, and manage candidates through interview process to offer stage
