What you’ll be doing
As a RevOps Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Payments business by improving how revenue is generated, tracked, and scaled.
You’ll be responsible for translating business goals into operational execution: working across Sales, Growth & Marketing, Product, Operations and Account Management to make the sales & revenue engine more efficient, data-driven and scalable. This includes refining pipeline processes, driving GTM initiatives, and enhancing tooling.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Drive Revenue Execution & GTM Enablement – By translating strategic initiatives into operational actions that boost revenue growth and efficiency across various departments, like Sales, Growth & Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Success & Account Management.
- Support the go-to-market execution for cross-functional B2B projects and products – By acting as a parter to the Sales and Growth & Marketing teams, ensuring timelines, owners and deliverables are clearly defined and respected.
- Optimize Sales Pipeline & Process – By mapping, refining, and ensuring proper visibility and tracking for the Payments sales pipeline, primarily focusing on corporate clients.
- Collaborate on Process Improvement and Optimization – By partnering with Sales Enablement and CRM teams to refine lead assignment, qualification, and conversion logic for faster execution, and with the Data Intelligence Team to identify opportunities for optimisation and validate impact post-implementation.
- Identify and Resolve Bottlenecks – By proactively finding friction points in the revenue flow and proposing data-driven projects to enhance the value chain funnel from acquisition to engagement, retention and monetization.
- Act as Tooling & Tech Driver – By supporting the setup, improvement, and user adoption of key RevOps systems (Cargo, Clay, etc...) and CRM-associated tools (Hubspot), and by bringing curiosity about AI, automation, and process optimisation to support team efficiency.

Who we’re looking for
We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?
- 3-5 years of experience – In Revenue Operations, Sales Ops or GTM Project Management (ideally in B2B or a scale-up).
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills – Ability to align teams and move projects forward.
- Execution-Oriented Mindset – A hands-on, structured approach with a focus on delivering concrete results and making things happen.
- Tech Curiosity – Good understanding or enthusiasm to learn about lead routing, CRM workflows, automation tools, and the application of AI in RevOps and Sales.
- Analytical mindset – Ability to interpret data and turn it into concrete improvement actions.
- Adaptable attitude – Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
