任职要求

- 计算机科学、工程或相关领域的本科或硕士学历

- 必须具备熟练的 Python 技能

- 4-6 年 AI/机器学习工程经验，有真实场景的模型部署经验

- 深入理解并熟练应用 ML 框架（如 TensorFlow、PyTorch、Scikit-learn）

- 熟悉完整的 ML 生命周期，包括数据管道、训练、验证与监控

- 有推荐系统、欺诈检测、风险建模、自然语言处理等实际项目经验

- 有技术领导经历，能够有效辅导工程师并带领团队完成任务

- 出色的沟通能力与跨团队协作能力

- 常驻中国，并可远程与区域团队进行日常合作

- 有使用 MLOps 工具经验（如 MLflow、Airflow、Docker、GCP/AWS 等）

SHAPE AI THAT POWERS THE FUTURE OF FINANCIAL ACCESS ACROSS SOUTHEAST ASIA

At BJAK, we’re using AI to solve meaningful problems — from fraud detection and risk modeling to hyper-personalized financial experiences that make insurance and financial services more accessible. We’re looking for a Lead AI Engineer based in China to play a pivotal role in building, scaling, and leading the next generation of intelligent systems.

This role blends deep technical expertise with hands-on leadership, reporting directly to our Head of AI. You’ll write production code, shape strategy, mentor team members, and help grow a lean, world-class AI engineering team.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Strong proficiency in Python is a must

- 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with real-world deployment experience

- Deep familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

- Solid understanding of the end-to-end ML lifecycle: data pipelines, training, validation, monitoring

- Experience working on applied AI problems (e.g., recommendation, fraud, r
