E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST (AI ASSISTED) – REMOTE, US HOURS + WEEKEND SHIFT
Location: Remote (US Time Zone)
Schedule: 5 days/week including Saturday & Sunday
We’re hiring a Customer Support Specialist to assist e-commerce brands by combining empathy with AI-powered tools. You’ll review and approve AI-suggested responses to handle order updates, returns, and product questions across multiple online stores.e-commerce brands by combining empathy with AI-powered tools. What You’ll Do:
- Manage 100–200 support tickets daily
- Edit and approve AI-generated replies for clarity and tone
- Use Shopify and integrated tools to resolve customer issues
You Bring:
- 2–3 years of e-commerce or DTC support experience
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working weekends on a fixed 5-day schedule
- Familiarity with AI tools, Shopify, or Gorgias is a plus
