本岗位为远程职位，需常驻中国，并与马来西亚总部及区域内跨职能团队密切协作。你将全栈参与，从后端逻辑、模型集成到前端交付，打造可快速扩展、真正落地的智能系统。

任职要求

- 计算机科学、软件工程或相关技术专业本科及以上学历

- 必须具备熟练的 Python 技能

- 2 - 4 年前后端结合的全栈开发经验

- 熟练掌握 JavaScript（包括 Node.js、React 或相关框架）

- 有将 ML 模型集成到线上系统中的实战经验

- 熟悉 REST API、云部署与可扩展系统架构

- 熟练使用 SQL / NoSQL 数据库与分布式系统

- 熟悉软件设计模式、测试与调试流程

- 常驻中国，能适应与国际团队的远程协作

加分项

- 有使用 FastAPI、Flask 或 TensorFlow Serving 部署 ML 模型的经验

- 熟悉现代前端技术栈如 Next.js、Vue、TypeScript 等

- 接触过 MLflow、Airflow、Docker、GCP 或 AWS 等工具

- 有初创公司或敏捷产品团队的工作经验

BUILD INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS FROM MODEL TO UI - AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN

At BJAK, we’re using AI to reinvent how financial services work across Southeast Asia - making them smarter, simpler, and more inclusive. As a Full Stack AI Engineer, you’ll bridge machine learning and software engineering to deliver real AI-powered features into users’ hands.

This is a remote role based in China, working closely with our Malaysia HQ and cross-functional regional teams. You’ll operate across the stack - from backend logic and ML integration to frontend delivery - building intelligent systems that scale fast and matter deeply.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

- Strong proficiency in Python is a must

- 2 - 4 years of experience in full stack development (frontend + backend)

- Strong programming skills in JavaScript (Node.js, React, or similar)

- Experience integrating ML models into production systems

- Familiarity with REST APIs, cloud deployment, and scalable architecture

- Comfortable working with SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed systems

- Strong grasp of software design patterns, testing, and debugging

- Must be based in China and open to remote collaboration with international teams

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience deploying ML models using tools like FastAPI, Flask, or TensorFlow Serving

- Familiarity with modern frontend stacks like Next.js, Vue, or TypeScript
