本ポジションは、AI責任者直下のテクニカルリーダーシップポジションであり、戦略の策定からチームの育成、プロダクションコードの実装まで幅広く担っていただきます。

主な業務内容

- 実運用レベルの高影響AI/MLモデルの設計・構築・リリース

応募資格

- コンピューターサイエンス、エンジニアリング、または関連分野の学士号または修士号

- Pythonに強い熟練度が必須です

- AI/MLエンジニアリングでの実務経験4～6年（実運用への展開経験を含む）

- Pythonスキル、TensorFlow、PyTorch、Scikit-learn等のフレームワークに精通

- データパイプラインからモデル学習、バリデーション、監視までのMLライフサイクルに関する知識

- レコメンド、詐欺検出、リスク分析、自然言語処理などの応用AI領域での実績

- エンジニアチームの技術的リード・メンタリングの経験

- 優れたコミュニケーション能力とコラボレーションスキル

- 日本に居住し、地域チームとリモートで協働できること

At BJAK, we’re using AI to solve meaningful problems — from fraud detection and risk modeling to hyper-personalized financial experiences that make insurance and financial services more accessible. We’re looking for a Lead AI Engineer based in Japan to play a pivotal role in building, scaling, and leading the next generation of intelligent systems.

This role blends deep technical expertise with hands-on leadership, reporting directly to our Head of AI. You’ll write production code, shape strategy, mentor team members, and help grow a lean, world-class AI engineering team.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Strong proficiency in Python is a must

- 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with real-world deployment experience
