lemon.markets provides a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform for simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. Our API-first infrastructure makes launching an investment product customer-centric and compliant. We abstract all complexity for our partners through a well documented API, a self-service customer operations portal and operating in a clear regulatory framework. Enabling partners to launch in weeks, not months.

Your Mission
Join lemon.markets at a pivotal growth moment. Your mission is to own our sales engine and turn lemon.markets into the default infrastructure for launching investment products in Europe.
As we currently run two GTM motions, your focus lies on our direct lemon.markets sales motion, owning strategy and execution end-to-end: scale what works, build a targeted outbound engine, and close strategic partnerships/customers across FinTechs, Banks, and Wealth Managers. In parallel, we operate a joint GTM with dwpbank following our recent acquisition, led by our Head of Commercial.
This is a highly hands-on role. You will lead and coach our GTM Associate while also being out in the field, creating and progressing pipeline. You will work closely with Product, Partnerships, Operations, and the broader commercial team to make a complex product tangible and straightforward throughout the sales process. Winning prospects is a team sport at lemon.markets, and you will orchestrate the right stakeholders at the right moments to deliver clarity, confidence, and momentum in every deal.

You will:
- Own the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting and working out the commercial proposal. Proactively, driving all sales activities across the entire funnel and being ready to go the extra mile.
- Build strong relationships with our key champions and ecosystem players, while involving experts from our team proactively to facilitate an effective solution engineering.
- Lead our GTM team, allowing them to grow their knowledge across a variety of use cases and allocate their resources efficiently.
- Develop the existing sales processes further to ensure an efficient and best-in-class sales and relationship management approach.
- Classify, group and prioritise companies according to the respective use cases and guide the GTM team towards the best suited opportunities.
- Qualify, calculate and evaluate business cases to help partners find the right monetization strategy with their investment offering.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Partnerships and Operations to further improve our product and services to find even stronger product market fit.
You will be successful in this role if:
- Growing investing opportunities excites you. Our mission resonates with you as a lifetime opportunity to build on your great track record selling infrastructure, solutions and/or products in the financial sector and/or the technology sector.
- You bring extensive B2B sales experience within the German and broader European market and have led full-cycle enterprise sales motions from prospecting, over commercial negotiations, to closing across segments such as Financial Service providers, Brokers and FinTechs.
- You have leadership experience. Either managing a team or mentoring and coaching a team member to higher performance.
