We are looking for an Account Manager to join a fast-paced, growing company in the IT and networking industry. In this role, you will be managing a dedicated book of 300+ accounts and building genuine relationships with IT professionals. Your primary focus will be on proactive sales and growing the gross profit of your portfolio by identifying opportunities and closing deals. Youโll be part of a dynamic team and have the chance to make a direct impact on company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Account Mining:
- Conduct outbound calling to existing accounts, understanding their business needs, and asking for the business to grow your account base.
- Take ownership of your portfolio and drive new business opportunities.
- Full Sales Lifecycle:
- Manage the entire sales process from receiving a request to closing deals.
- Interpret technical needs, create quotes, send them, and follow up to close the deal.
- Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients who need quick turnarounds and clear communication.
- Build long-term relationships and become a trusted partner for client infrastructure needs.
- Technical Translation:
- Understand customer requirements for networking gear and provide accurate solutions.
- Use resources like Google to quickly learn technical specifications and navigate part numbers.
- CRM Discipline:
- Maintain data integrity in HubSpot, ensuring all tasks, follow-ups, and pipeline activities are organized and tracked.
- Value Selling:
- Effectively communicate product value and benefits, emphasizing features like Lifetime Warranty and the refurbished testing process.
