WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Act as the main point of contact for all client day-to-day communication and oversight

- Craft agendas, host weekly meetings, and stay on top of actions items for key accounts

- Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure you’re up to speed on the latest business initiatives for the Vetcove product and can communicate such initiatives to clients

- Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting requests for key accounts

- Analyze account performance and create presentations to deliver performance updates and optimization opportunities to key stakeholders

- Work with product and engineering on client feedback loop, bug identification and resolutions

- Work with onboarding and implementation to on-board new acquisition clinics

- Nurture Corporate relationships to drive affinity, loyalty, and trust in the Vetcove HD platform

YOU SHOULD HAVE

- 2+ years in account management

- Bachelor's Degree

- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable in front of Senior leadership contacts
