AI Automation Specialist

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is a rapidly scaling ecommerce and CPG company focused on leveraging AI-first systems and operational efficiency to support growth across multiple brands and business functions. The company is seeking a highly technical and systems-oriented operator who can serve as a technical right hand to leadership by building automations, integrations, dashboards, and AI-driven operational workflows.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The AI Automation Specialist will architect, build, and optimize internal systems, workflows, automations, and operational tooling across a fast-moving ecommerce business.

This role is ideal for someone who combines technical problem-solving skills with strong operational thinking and hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code. The ideal candidate understands how to rapidly build and connect systems using APIs, automations, AI workflows, and lightweight development solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency.

This person will work closely with leadership to transform operational needs and ideas into functional systems, dashboards, automations, and integrations that support the company’s scaling efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI-DRIVEN WORKFLOW DEVELOPMENT

- Build and optimize AI-assisted operational workflows and automations

- Leverage tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, and other AI-assisted development platforms to rapidly prototype and build solutions

- Identify inefficiencies across business operations and implement scalable improvements

SYSTEMS INTEGRATIONS & AUTOMATION

- Connect systems across CRM, fulfillment, marketing, customer support, and operational platforms
