The Role Key Responsibilities: Aria Orchestration: Develop and maintain complex Aria Automation (vRA) cloud templates and sophisticated vRO (Orchestrator) workflows. Custom Extensibility: Create Custom Resources and resource actions to integrate diverse infrastructure components. Infrastructure as Code: Write clean, scalable code in TypeScript and JavaScript to drive automation logic. Agile Delivery: Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and rapid iterative deployments. CI/CD Integration: Manage and optimize automation pipelines, specifically utilizing Azure DevOps for continuous integration and delivery. Technical Requirements: Expertise: Proven experience in VMware Aria Automation development. Coding: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Mindset: A relentless automation-first mindset with a focus on reducing "toil." Ecosystem: Deep hands-on experience with vRO workflows and cloud template design. Preferred Qualifications (The "Plus" List): Experience with Python for advanced scripting and automation tasks. Early exposure or knowledge of VMware VCF 9.
