🎯 The Role
We’re hiring a B2B Sales Representative to lead Fanvue’s commercial expansion in the Middle East — our first hire in Dubai. This is a pivotal opportunity for a driven, entrepreneurial operator who thrives on building relationships with agencies, executives, and decision-makers. You’ll be focused on identifying, onboarding, and growing partnerships with creator agencies, talent management firms, and brand intermediaries that represent creators globally.

As Fanvue’s first presence in MENA, you’ll act as both a salesperson and a market builder — expected to take ownership, operate independently, and think like a founder as you help establish Fanvue’s brand and commercial footprint in the region.

🚀 What You’ll Do

- Lead outbound business development across the MENA agency and partner ecosystem, targeting agencies, CEOs, and senior decision-makers.

- Build and manage a high-value pipeline of agencies and intermediaries who manage global creator portfolios.

- Drive strategic partnerships that bring entire creator networks onto Fanvue.

- Manage and track all opportunities, relationships, and outreach within the CRM.

- Represent Fanvue in Dubai’s business ecosystem — attending industry events, networking, and representing the brand with professionalism and credibility.

- Collaborate with the global Marketing and Growth teams to localise campaigns and messaging for B2B audiences.

- Feed market insights, competitive intelligence, and partnership feedback into leadership and product teams.

- Take a data-driven approach to track progress, measure ROI, and report on expansion results.

- Experienced in B2B sales or partnerships, ideally in tech, creator economy, or digital media.

- Skilled at selling to executives, agencies, and business owners — not just individual users.

- A natural relationship-builder who can engage and influence at senior levels.

- A self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive with autonomy and build opportunities from scratch.

- Resilient and persistent — comfortable operating in a new, fast-evolving market.

- Excellent communicator and negotiator, fluent in English (Arabic a plus).

- Analytical and commercially minded — you know your numbers and make decisions from data.

- Network within the agency, influencer management, or entertainment ecosystem in MENA.

- Experience in early-stage startups or global market expansion.

- Exposure to B2B SaaS or creator-tech platforms.
