We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow three distinct social media brands: Ceramic production for chefs Ceramic classes & workshops Chocolate business The primary goal of this role is to: Drive engagement and brand visibility Fill workshops and classes consistently Strengthen online discoverability Support smooth booking coordination This is a hands-on execution role requiring both creative and operational skills. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management (Primary Priority) Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts for all three brands Repurpose existing photo and video assets into engaging posts and reels Plan and schedule content calendars Write captions aligned with established brand tone Promote upcoming classes and workshops Execute paid promotions when required Experiment with RedNote (Xiaohongshu) for Chinese audience reach Monitor analytics and optimize performance Respond to comments and DMs in a timely and brand-aligned manner Success metric: Consistent engagement growth and fully booked classes. 2. SEO & Website Optimization (Secondary Priority) Improve on-page SEO for studio and chocolate websites Optimize product and class pages for search discoverability Conduct basic keyword research Improve meta descriptions, titles, and blog structure Support content updates that improve Google ranking Success metric: Improved organic traffic and class discovery via search. 3. Workshop & Booking Coordination (Support Function) Manage class registrations and inquiries Coordinate participant communication Ensure classes are filled efficiently Reschedule participants when classes donβt meet minimum numbers Maintain booking organization and tracking Support customer communication and experience Success metric: High workshop occupancy and smooth customer journey. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience managing Instagram & Facebook business accounts Strong understanding of content planning and engagement strategy Ability to work with Canva and basic design tools Experience running paid social media promotions Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge Ability to work independently (Ryan is barely reachable and always traveling) Strong written communication skills Excellent organization and administrative skills Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret performance data Artsy background Nice to Have Experience in lifestyle, design, hospitality, or creative brands Familiarity with RedNote / Chinese social platforms Experience with booking systems or event coordination Photography/video editing skills Ideal Candidate Profile Detail-oriented and highly organized Creative but commercially aware Comfortable working independently Understands how social media converts to revenue Strong sense of aesthetics Reliable and proactive What Success Looks Like After 6 Months Clear content calendar for all three brands Improved engagement rates Workshops consistently reaching capacity Organic traffic increasing Smooth, structured booking process
