About the role

- You will act as the architectural point of accountability across Redgate’s business‑critical internal systems, bringing coherence to a complex estate of SaaS platforms, services, data, and integrations.

- You will shape and communicate the architectural vision and roadmap for Shared Applications & Services (SAS), balancing long‑term structure with short‑term delivery and operational stability.

- You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, making pragmatic trade‑offs across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

- You will design and guide cross‑system solutions, influencing through experience, sound judgement, negotiation, and facilitation rather than direct authority.

- You will define how architecture is practiced in SAS, including standards, decision‑making approaches, and the coherent introduction of AI into internal operations.
