Job Description Summary Electrical & I&C Training Specialist supports the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of nuclear maintenance training programs focused on Electrical and Instrumentation & Control (I&C) disciplines. This role contributes to both initial and continuing training programs for BWRX-300, and related technologies using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and industry best practices. The position also provides instructional quality oversight, supports training program effectiveness reviews, and represents training programs in internal, customer, and regulatory settings. Job Description Responsibilities : Contribute to the design and development of the Maintenance – Electrical and I&C Initial Training Program for the BWR/ABWR/BWRX-300 technology, using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and following industry best practices. Contribute to the design and development of the Maintenance – Electrical and I&C Continuing Training Program. Contribute to the quality oversite and maintenance of the Maintenance - Electrical and I&C Training KSA Analysis/Catalogue(s), Job & Task Analysis, Task to Training Matrices, Curriculum and Evaluation Strategies, Training Program Delivery Schedules, Training Material and Evaluation Instruments. Contribute to the instructional quality oversight of the curriculum/materials for the Maintenance – Electrical and I&C training programs for BWR, ABWR, BWRX300 and other similar technologies. Represent GEH training in internal, customer and regulatory venues. Work with other BWRX-300 Standard Plant Global Training Program (GTP) personnel to support the management and delivery of the training programs and provide strong leadership for assigned programs.
