JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a strong, hands-on Call Center Manager to lead our new outbound telemarketing division. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team focused on cold calling and appointment setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee daily cold calling operations and appointmentnsetting management.

- Manage data acquisition and list segmentation strategies.

- Manage and coach a team of callers to ensure peak performance.

- Implement call quality control measures and track key KPIs.

- Maintain documentation of operational procedures and drive measurable results.

MUST-HAVE

- Proven experience building and managing outbound telemarketing teams.

- Expertise in cold calling operations and list segmentation.

- Strong background in managing, coaching, and developing callers.

- Demonstrated ability to track KPIs and ensure high call quality.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
