Our client operates a marketing operations environment focused on delivering turnkey campaign execution for clients in media, publishing, and digital advertising. Their team manages integrated campaign delivery programs that coordinate ad operations, email operations, design, and reporting workflows. Campaign accuracy, operational speed, and reliable client communication are central to their service model, and they are expanding their operations team to strengthen day-to-day campaign coordination and delivery.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Campaign Operations Manager will coordinate the execution of client marketing campaigns by managing campaign intake, internal workflows, asset quality assurance, and client communication. This role sits at the center of the campaign delivery process, bridging client requests and internal activation teams to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time. Working closely with the senior Marketing Operations Project Manager, this position focuses on structured coordination, operational accountability, and maintaining consistent campaign delivery across multiple internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CAMPAIGN INTAKE & TRIAGE
- Monitor and manage incoming client campaign requests in ClickUp, ensuring tasks are properly categorized, prioritized, and assigned to the correct internal teams (ad ops, email ops, design).
- Confirm receipt of all required campaign materials within two business days and proactively follow up on missing assets.
ASSET REVIEW & QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Audit all incoming campaign assets for completeness before handing them off to the activation team.
