Job Description
Reporting to our Senior Project Manager Director you will be part of an incredible and collaborative team, where you can grow and contribute your knowledge. We are looking for a Client Operations Analyst who will be responsible for:
- Ensure that clients' needs are met.
- Manage the project process, including controlling schedules, budgets and deliveries.
- Ensuring the quality of deliveries, following client goals and Jellyfish standards.
- Combine practical execution and daily leadership.
- Communicate with company partners on project teams in the service of daily delivery
Qualifications
- Advanced/Fluent English (client and team are based in the USA).
- Solid knowledge of the fundamentals of project management.
