Reporting to the VP, Client Management, as Client Partner you are responsible for client satisfaction, partnering and driving profitable growth opportunities. We are looking for someone with expertise in client management that deeply understands our client's business to lead a cross functional team to deliver the best content and anticipates challenges to develop solutions for the client.

You will deliver proactive growth opportunities in collaboration with cross functional teams and ensure the operational daily runs brilliantly, leading the higher level views.

Your Primary Responsibilities

- Oversee 2 of our key, cross-capability, international accounts within Jellyfish in the (B2B technology and fashion retail)

- Build and oversee growth plans for clients, and working to achieve set targets throughout the year

- Guide progress by representing Jellyfish in marketing efforts and staying ahead of industry trends: build an external voice

- Lead pitches in partnership with the Growth team, building commercials, teams while driving the narrative, deliverables and timelines.
