About EliseAI

At EliseAI, we're improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be.

By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone.

- Healthcare: We make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and we help patients communicate with providers, so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork.

- Housing: We simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place.

With EliseAI, organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. We recently raised a $250 million Series E round https://www.eliseai.com/blog/eliseai-raises-250m-series-e led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced property management professional to join our growing Client Strategy team. The Client Strategy Partner bridges the gap between technology and operations — helping leading multifamily operators understand how to leverage automation, AI agents, and workflow redesign to scale efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who has lived the day-to-day challenges of property management, understands the dynamics between ownership and fee-management structures, and thrives on driving organizational change. You’ll serve as a trusted industry voice — partnering with our sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to translate operational pain points into transformative solutions.

You’ll join a company defining the next generation of property management — powered by AI and automation. As a Client Strategy Partner, you’ll shape how the industry evolves, working with the most forward-thinking owners and operators in multifamily.

Please note: We are unable to accept candidates who are employed by our current clients.

This role can be remote, but candidates based in NYC or Chicago, or open to relocating are strongly preferred.

- Deliver presentations, panels, and workshops that demonstrate deep industry understanding and thought leadership

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

- Partner with Account Executives to tailor solutions and ROI narratives to client needs

- Create and contribute to thought-leadership content — including change management guides, trend reports, and best-practice playbooks

- Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and client events as a confident, engaging speaker

Customer Success & Performance Optimization

- Analyze AI performance data to identify optimization opportunities and support ROI storytelling.

- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure clients are maximizing automation, efficiency, and adoption

- Help develop scalable playbooks, frameworks, and training materials that enhance customer outcomes

Product Partnership & Feedback Loops

- Serve as the voice of the customer for our Product Management team — identifying pain points, feature opportunities, and unmet needs

- Review and test in-development features, providing actionable feedback from an operator’s perspective

- Monitor industry trends to anticipate customer needs and inform roadmap prioritization

Move at rocket speed, build something massive.

We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. Here, you own your impact; full autonomy, no micromanagement, no fluff. We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career. It’s hard, it’s intense, and it’s the most rewarding work you’ll ever do. If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.

Requirements
