What you’ll be doing

As our Collection Strategy Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our financial performance with a direct impact on our asset quality. Your mission is to design and deliver the entire collection strategy, optimizing the process to maximize returns while minimizing costs. To do this, you will lead a dedicated team of analysts and operational agents, owning the complete end-to-end process from early delinquency through to managing external debt collection agencies. This high-impact leadership role also requires building strong connections with key internal stakeholders (like Business, Product, and Risk) and external partners.
