Commercial Casualty Injury & Litigation Manager Salary: $129,663 - $189,625, negotiable commensurate with experience ** This is a Remote position ** We're looking for a highly motivated Commercial Casualty Injury and Litigation Manager. As a Manager in the Commercial Casualty Litigation Claims unit, you will play a vital role in the company's success by leading your supervisors in the investigation of coverage, determination of liability, damages and handling of injury claims. The position may also include overseeing the handling of serious injuries and litigation. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully driving results, a passion for helping others, and will bring energy and enthusiasm to the team. A Commercial Casualty Manager may travel to attend trials and other litigation process events. Direction of complex coverage and liability investigations.
