Position Summary The Community Development Coordinator is responsible for the promotion of Aetna brand recognition and identification, as well as for increasing Aetna Better Health of Texas membership growth and retention. In this role, you will: Conduct monthly outreach in all services to include community events, member activities, member education, site visits, meetings, and member outreach calls. Market value ads, member renewal of benefits, health education, and community resources in field during outreach events, presentations, site visits, member education, and meetings. Conduct proper documentation of outreach activities in Salesforce. Build outreach calendar 90-days out to meet monthly production metrics. Ensure continuous development of strong collaborative relationships with local government, independent school districts, colleges/universities, state agencies and communities, faith based, non-profit, and social service agencies. Meet all departmental standards for quality and compliance of outreach activities. Maintain compliance with all training initiatives to include market training, onboarding, compliance, Texas Health Steps, CHW ( Community Health Worker ) Health Education topics and annual CVS training modules. Provide support to all social media outreach events and activities. Provide support to all ABHTX ( Aetna Better Health of Texas )/CVS Health Outreach Vehicle events/activities.
