The Role As a Consult Partner at Kyndryl, you will play a key leadership role driving business growth and leading complex transformation engagements within the Financial Services industry. You will work closely with C-level stakeholders across major banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies, shaping strategic initiatives that sit at the intersection of business and technology. You will be responsible for building and growing client relationships, positioning strategic transformation agendas, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong industry expertise and a deep understanding of technology trends such as cloud transformation, legacy modernization, cybersecurity, and data & AI.
