ABOUT DASH0

Join Dash0 and help us define the future of observability. We are OpenTelemetry-native, building a delightful, simple, and AI-centric platform that eliminates vendor lock-in and meaningless toil. Shape a product that developers loveβ€”all with transparent pricing and cost-control built in.

The Opportunity

You'll work closely with engineering teams to ensure every feature is thoroughly documented, and partner with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how we present product capabilities to our customers. You'll also explore how AI can assist and automate parts of the documentation lifecycle β€” making it easier for engineers to contribute and keeping content current as the product evolves. This role is part of the Product Marketing & Developer Relations team.

- Build and maintain integrations between documentation and engineering workflows, so docs stay in lockstep with product development and new features are captured as they ship.

- Design and implement AI-assisted documentation workflows that help engineers contribute to docs more easily and keep content accurate and up to date.

- Write and maintain product documentation β€” getting started guides, feature docs, API references, configuration guides, and tutorials.

- Partner with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape content that connects product capabilities to customer needs.

- Design information architecture that helps...
