Please note that for this role, C2 English proficiency is required. This is a full-time, hybrid position with 3 days at the office in São Paulo.

What You’ll Do

- Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the BR market.

- Solve technical problems from day one after signature and guide them through technical questions about our system and solar and heatpump (you don't need to be an expert directly).

- Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team.

- Continuously improve customer experience and help them day to day in calls and in our supportchat.

- Identify technical bottlenecks with customers and improve our solutions with the engineering team.

- Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers.

- Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering.

- Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem.

- Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
