ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Design Lead who can build and lead a high-performing creative team while dramatically increasing creative output and speed.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands performance creatives, modern design tools, and AI-powered workflows and knows how to turn a small team into a fast, scalable creative machine.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers.

- Build the design team from scratch, including hiring and onboarding new members.

- Establish clear creative processes, workflows, and design standards.

- Provide continuous feedback and support to help designers grow professionally.

- Oversee production of high-performing marketing creatives and assets.

- Ensure consistent quality and brand alignment across all outputs.

- Contribute hands-on design work when needed.

- Increase creative production speed by 2x through better Ai tools, systems, and workflows.

- Transition the team from outdated tools to modern creative solutions.

- Build scalable systems for creative production.

- Implement AI-powered workflows, bulk creative generation, and automation tools.

- Continuously optimize the creative pipeline to improve efficiency and output.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ year experience in a Design Lead or similar leadership role.

- Strong experience creating performance marketing creatives.

- Advanced skills in Figma, CapCut, After Effects, and Adobe Suite.

- Proven ability to build, organize, and mentor a design team from scratch.
