About the Desktop Support Analyst (MacOS)

This is a part time role

We are looking for a service minded individual to act as the first point of contact internally for SiteMinder across a variety of technologies to provide exceptional service to our geographically dispersed staff. You will be responsible for setting up new starters, responding to all internal IT support issues, asset management and liaising with IT vendors. The role will involve high levels of problem analysis and using initiative to resolve issues quickly and accurately. We’re looking for a true self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities at the same time!
