ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a creative Digital Marketing Content Producer to develop engaging short-form videos and social posts for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. You’ll craft content that positions Growth Troops as a thought leader in staffing and talent acquisition while driving engagement across our digital platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Campaign Support – Create video and social assets for recruitment campaigns and marketing initiatives.

- Video Production – Film and edit vertical videos (15–60 seconds) for TikTok, Shorts, and LinkedIn.

- Content Design – Build LinkedIn carousel graphics and professional visuals.

- Platform Strategy – Optimize posts for reach, engagement, and platform best practices.

- Collaboration – Partner with marketing lead to ensure brand consistency and meet calendar deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience producing digital marketing content across multiple platforms.

- Proven track record with TikTok and YouTube Shorts content.

- Ability to create polished LinkedIn-ready posts and graphics.

- Skilled with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar.

- Strong storytelling and campaign-oriented mindset.

- Reliable, deadline-driven, and able to work independently.

COMPENSATION & WORKFLOW

- Rate: Paid per approved deliverable (video or post).

- Volume: Flexible — work on as few or as many projects as you prefer.

- Payment Terms: Net-15 days post-approval.
