With an expanding eCommerce presence and frequent product launches, they are building a high-performance marketing engine to drive retention, engagement, and revenue across digital channels.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Specialist will own lifecycle marketing execution across email and SMS while coordinating campaigns across teams. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic thinking around customer journeys, retention, and product launches, ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned and delivered on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lifecycle Marketing (Email & SMS)

- Execute and optimize email campaigns using Klaviyo and SMS campaigns using Attentive

- Build and manage campaign calendars, flows, and segmentation strategies

- Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and timing to improve performance

Marketing Calendar & Campaign Coordination

- Own and maintain the marketing calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns

- Coordinate with product development, PR, and creative teams

- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and aligned across all channels

Product Launch Execution

- Support product drops by aligning messaging, assets, and campaign execution

SEO & Digital Presence

- Support SEO execution and optimization across website and digital platforms

- Ensure platforms such as Google and LinkedIn are properly set up and maintained

Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
