About the Role
We are seeking a Director of B2B Activation to lead Rulaβs Activation Marketing team from a content-production focus to an intelligence-gathering and multiplier engine. This dynamic leader will be responsible for driving patient starts from commercial referral channels by building scalable systems and repeatable playbooks. You will apply advanced data-driven strategies and deploy MarTech architecture to ensure the team is tracking towards every marketing event being tagged, measured, and automated for scale. In detail, this role will be responsible for:
- Increasing marketing-attributable patient starts and build scalable systems with repeatable playbooks
- Defining data-driven strategy for marketing touchpoints on from commercial referral audiences (Health Plans, Employers and Primary Care Providers) to maximize patient starts
- Leading the plan to define attribution criteria and process for marketing-driven campaigns, in partnership with the commercial, product and analytics teams
